Our Safe Quality Food Institute SQF Certification provides for the high degree of trust and assurance retailers and consumers can have in JTM’s safe, high quality Snack Pie and Crispy Treats.

JTM utilizes the HACCP system to ensure the safety of our Products through analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement and handling, to manufacturing, distribution and consumption of the finished product.

JTM Foods’s AIB Certified Food Defense Coordinator meets FDA FSMA regulations to limit concerns for intentional adulteration.

Internal Food Safety Teams use ISO 19011 standards for Quality Systems Audits to continually monitor and ensure JTM Foods products and procedures are in conformance with the most stringent quality and safety guidelines.

All JTM Snack Pies are Orthodox Union OU Kosher Parve Certified as an assurance that our Snack Pies are fit and proper and absolutely non-dairy.
